How do I request a new article?
Go to https://dentistreet.zendesk.com and Sign In. Once you are signed in, look for the Submit a Request link. It is normally on the upper right side of the page. On the subject line please indicate the Transaction ID from the Paypal receipt email. For the description, please tell us what you want us to write for you. If you have a website, please let us know the URL.
Who writes my articles?
All our writers are dentists who are chosen based on their expertise. For example, if you require an article about Orthodontics, a dentists experienced in that field will be assigned to write your article.
Does my order expire?
Orders expire after 1 year. If you ordered a bundle of 10 articles, you may request articles at any time within a year after the order date. Same thing applies for a single article.
How many revisions can I have?
A Basic article can have up to 3 revisions. A Deluxe article can have up to 5 revisions. A Premium article can have unlimited revisions.
How many words will the article have?
A Basic article will have up to 300 words. A Deluxe article will have up to 700 words. A Premium article will have up to 1000 words.
Can I have SEO keywords added to my article?
A Basic article can have up to 1 SEO keyword. A Deluxe article can have up to 2 SEO keywords. A Premium article can have up to 3 SEO keywords.
When will I receive my article?
All articles (Basic, Deluxe and Premium) have a 5 business day delivery time.
How will I receive my article?
Your article will be emailed to you in a PDF file.
Will my article contain photos or videos?
Your article will not have any photos or videos. It will just be text.
